• manage owner relationships, maintain clear and proactive communication
• Manage villa onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewal processes
What we need
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Relations, Hospitality, Property Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
