Guest Service Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Handle reservations and accommodations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a customer service role or front desk environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be certified

Schedule

• Full-time
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
