Guest Service Agent

Tasks

• Through the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service.
• You will be required to check guests in and out of the hotel as well as making, cancelling, and altering reservations,answering phones and handling guest questions.
• Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.

Requirements

• exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis is required.
• Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered.

Schedule

• Successful candidate must be available for all shifts: AM, PM, weekend and overnight.
