About the role

R1 Property Services Inc. is a year-round commercial and residential property services provider serving condominiums, apartments and multi-residential complexes in Regina.

Tasks

• Perform drywall patching and repairs, prepare walls and complete high-quality interior painting.
• Install, repair and replace vinyl plank flooring.
• Repair and replace doors, locks, hinges and other hardware.
• Complete basic plumbing work, including toilet and sink faucet replacement.
• Replace HVAC filters, wash HRV filters and check sump pumps.
• Handle various other interior maintenance and repair tasks.
• Conduct suite viewings and submit application forms through an online portal.
• Pick up and deliver supplies, packages and materials to job sites as needed.
