Job description
About the role
Support an R&D hardware lab with prototype board bring-up (EVT/DVT).
Tasks
- Microscope soldering down to 0402, 0201, and 01005 passives.
- BGA rework station operation (reballing/replacement) & X-Ray inspection.
- Executing ECOs: trace cutting, pad repair, and 30–40 AWG jumper wiring.
Requirements
- PCB/SMT rework experience in an R&D or NPI lab.
- Ability to read schematics & CAD board viewers (Allegro/Altium); IPC certifications are a plus!
