Job description
About the role
We are an intimate European wine and snack bar with a seasonal, rotating menu and an ever-changing wine list.
Tasks
- You’ll run service in a customer-facing open kitchen with one support staff.
- You’ll create seasonal menu items.
Requirements
- Ordering and margin control
- Comfortable with admin: invoicing, and compliance logs
- Excellent communication skills with guests, FOH and kitchen staff
- A flexible, team-first attitude and a willingness to step in wherever needed
