About the role
Ulkatcho Group of Companies is hiring for a full-time permanent Head Cook Breakfast Cook position. Prepare and serve meals for approximately 30-40 people. Camp provided. Rotation is TBD: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off OR 3 weeks on / 1 week off.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals for approximately 30-40 people.
- Make breakfast, sandwiches, salads and lunch items.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and FIFO procedures.
Requirements
- Reside in BC.
- Valid Food Safe Certificate.
- Must pass alcohol/drug test and physical test.
