Head - Global Engagement & International Partnerships

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in International Relations, International Education, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in international partnerships, global engagement, or higher education.
• Proven track record in developing and managing institutional partnerships, MoUs, and international projects.
• Strong knowledge of international higher education, academic collaboration, and student/staff mobility.
• Excellent negotiation, diplomacy, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and reporting skills; knowledge of QS Stars Global Engagement is an advantage.
