Fella Health is seeking a Head of Creative to lead creative strategy for direct-to-consumer video advertising. This full-time role is remote-eligible and based in Asunción, Paraguay.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO to develop and execute a creative strategy.
- Audit existing video ad assets and review their performance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen creative direction and advertising results.
- Develop new video ad concepts that connect with the target audience and drive conversions.
- Support campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
