About the role
Frontier Model School and College is hiring a Head of Curriculum & Teacher Training / Academic Coordinator for the girls branch. The role focuses on curriculum development, teacher training, and improving academic quality from Nursery till Class 7.
Responsibilities
- Revamp and redesign the existing curriculum from Nursery till Class 7.
- Introduce English phonics, DIY and activity-based learning, interactive classroom strategies, and creative assessments and worksheets.
- Prepare structured teaching content, lesson plans, classroom activities, and teacher guidelines.
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and support teachers in improving classroom delivery and teaching standards.
- Stay updated with modern educational trends and continuously improve academic quality.
- Spend a certain amount of time preparing academic material and teacher resources.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and effectiveness in classrooms.
- Work closely with teachers daily to help elevate their teaching practices.
