Head of Development, Major Gifts & Foundations
The Head of Development will lead Bright Saver's fundraising, splitting time roughly 50% on major gifts and 50% on foundation fundraising.
You won't be starting from zero: you'll inherit a network of small donors, a Fast Forward network of foundation contacts, a HNWD strategic playbook and infrastructure and a steady stream of high-profile earned media in top tioer outlets that keeps new prospects coming to us. Your job is to build the pipeline and relationships that turn that foundations and individual donor contributions into multi-year, scalable revenue. We are remote with 2-4 days a month in person. We strongly prefer candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, so you can plan and run in-person cultivation events with the founders.
Compensation: $80,000-120,000 DOE
