Head Of HR Karachi-based position Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies): Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives - Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team in areas such as HR operations, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Guide the Recruitment team through the recruitment process, including job posting candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing solutions Employee Relations: - Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling - Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction Performance Management: - Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans - Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance-related matters Training and Development: - Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and deliver relevant learning programs - Develop career growth paths and succession plans to foster employee development Compensation and Benefits: - Ensure performance and compensation are in alignment with industry standards - Develop compensation strategies, implement benefits programs, and ensure the compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards HR Policies and Compliance: - Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure legal compliance and best practices - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and advise the organization accordingly Apply directly on CazVid.
