We are a world-class leader in battery energy storage systems, EV power solutions, and next-generation mobile charging technologies.The Opportunity:We are launching a greenfield LatAm operation with independent P&L, dedicated budget, and full ownership to build from scratch across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and beyond. This is not an existing market handover—it's a genuine start-up within a global industry leader.

Must-Haves:Proven track record of opening a new country/region from scratch (LatAm preferred), with verifiable details on first customers and channel network build.3+ years of hands-on LatAm experience, ideally Brazil or Mexico.Business fluency in Portuguese or Spanish—essential for local partner negotiations.Transferable local networks—distributors, agents, key accounts, or government/industry contacts.Industry background in battery ESS / portable power / EV charging / battery swapping / commercial EV / PV-storage channels.
Strong Pluses:Experience working with cross-border HQ structures and understanding global decision-making cadence.Experience building local legal/compliance/tax entities from the ground up.Background in DTC or TC channel brand expansion in LatAm.
