Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Proven senior leadership success – a strong track record of leading school improvement, raising academic outcomes and developing high-performing teams and positive school cultures.
• Bilingual proficiency – excellent English and Spanish communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse school communities.
• International curriculum expertise – experience with internationally recognized programs and assessment frameworks, including IB, Cambridge International (CAIE) and/or AP.
• Strong university pathways – the ability to build a challenging and supportive learning environment that prepares students for successful entry into leading universities locally and internationally.
• Global-minded leadership – a commitment to developing curious, confident and internationally minded young people who remain connected to their own cultural identity.
