Job description
Lead Salesforce quality engineering as the Head of Salesforce Test Automation Practice in Austin, Texas. This full-time, on-site leadership role is focused on building test automation strategy, strengthening delivery quality, and guiding a team in a collaborative technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the organization’s Salesforce test automation strategy.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing priorities with product and delivery goals.
- Track, analyze, and report testing metrics to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
