About the role
The YMCA of Regina is an Imagine Canada accredited charity established in 1907.
This role focuses on building relationships, promoting healthy habits & supporting an active lifestyle.
Tasks
- Develop personalized fitness & wellness plans based on members goals & abilities.
- Provide individual & small-group training.
- Plan & lead a weekly group fitness class, such as TRX, kettlebell training or yoga.
- Conduct fitness assessments, set goals, track progress & celebrate achievements.
