Healthcare Marketing & Operations Intern

About the role

This unpaid internship provides a balanced, dual-exposure learning opportunity split between Digital Marketing Strategy (70%) and Medical Spa Operations & Patient Experience (30%).

Tasks

• Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) highlighting treatments, clinic aesthetics, and educational skincare tips.
• Draft creative captions and promotional copy.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the clinic’s Google Business Profile (updating photo galleries, monitoring local search keywords, and drafting professional responses to client reviews).
• Help draft and schedule bi-weekly or monthly email newsletters using our CRM/marketing tools to highlight seasonal promotions, new service offerings, and skincare advice.
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to local Toronto partners, wellness influencers, and cross-promotional business opportunities.
• Greet incoming clients with a high standard of hospitality, handle phone/email inquiries, and maintain a welcoming front-of-house environment.
