Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter, Acute Care
*Location: on-site, Appleton, WI

We’re looking for individuals who:· Thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.· Know how to push through rejection and close deals.· Are comfortable having difficult conversations (pay, relocation, counteroffers)· Are motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do after successful completion of Recruiter Academy :· Make 60–100+ outbound calls/day to source and close candidates.· Recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, allied, etc.)· Own the full cycle: sourcing → qualifying → closing → offer negotiation.· Manage multiple offers, fall-offs, and competing priorities.· Close passive candidates and overcome objections.
What We’re Looking For:· Proven ability to hit metrics (calls, placements, revenue)· Competitive, money-motivated mindset.· Thick skin and strong communication skills.· Strong technical skills working in multiple systems daily.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outcomes/Deliverables· Met daily, weekly, monthly metrics as determined by leadership.
