About The Role: As a Healthcare Support Representative, you will handle customer interactions in English, providing accurate information and support for in-home care services. This includes assisting with **patient inquiries, insurance/authorization processes, and basic revenue cycle tasks** while delivering a high-quality service experience.
You’ll be part of ACC’s bilingual team supporting a U.S. client, using internal tools and meeting quality and productivity standards.
