About the role

The Healthy Babies Right from the Start Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and their families by providing culturally sensitive prenatal and postnatal education, resources, and support.

This position coordinates comprehensive care services, collaborates with healthcare providers, and ensures clients receive holistic support throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.

Tasks

• Provide one-on-one support to pregnant women and new mothers. Focus on education in areas such as prenatal health, nutrition, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum wellness.
• Assist clients in accessing healthcare services and community resources. Ensure clients receive the necessary healthcare services, community resources, and postnatal care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate prenatal and postnatal programs. Incorporate both
