Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator / Utility Person to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. This full-time role involves operating heavy machinery and performing essential cleanup and material handling duties within the solid fuel yard and plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools for cleanup tasks such as sweeping and shoveling waste piles in the solid fuel yard and cleaning roofs and tops of bins.
- Operate fuel handling and conveyor systems to unload solid fuels from rail cars and truck hopper trailers.
- Safely operate heavy equipment to clean waste piles and spills efficiently.
- Move materials using heavy equipment to various plant locations as needed.
- Utilize a water truck to control and prevent dust emissions on site.
