Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to help desk inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining seamless operations. Set up new user accounts and configure workstations according to Mayo Behavioral Health’s IT standards. Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system for knowledge sharing and future reference. Train users on software applications and IT best practices to enhance their productivity and reduce recurring issues. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance and readiness for upgrades. Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives that improve technology infrastructure and user experience. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common software applications. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools. Preferred: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
