About the role

As a Hemodialysis Head Nurse at Thebestrenalcare, deliver safe, high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Operate and manage hemodialysis machines from preparation to completion, monitor patient response, and make necessary adjustments in coordination with physicians.
• Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation, patient monitoring, and clear communication with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis therapy, medications, diet, and overall disease management.
• Perform cannulation, vital signs monitoring, and access care, and participate in all phases of dialysis treatment: pre, intra, and post.
• Support unit operations by organizing workflow, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment area, and assisting or guiding less experienced staff.
• Respond to emergencies and perform other related duties as needed.
