Hemodialysis Head Nurse

Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) by assessing, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. Operate and manage hemodialysis machines from preparation to completion, including monitoring patient response and making necessary adjustments in coordination with physicians. Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation, patient monitoring, and clear communication with the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on dialysis therapy, medications, diet, and overall disease management. Perform clinical procedures such as cannulation, vital signs monitoring, access care, and participation in all phases of dialysis treatment (pre, intra, and post). Support unit operations by organizing workflow, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment area, and assisting or guiding less experienced staff. Respond to emergencies and perform other related duties as needed.
