Key Responsibilities Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our open positions. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Manage recruitment databases, tracking candidates through the hiring process and maintaining accurate records. Facilitate interviews and coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Required and preferred qualifications Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster collaboration. Problem-solving mentality with a focus on finding innovative solutions. Leadership capabilities to influence and support hiring decisions. Previous experience in recruitment or HR preferred. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting software is a plus.
