Key Responsibilities Operate Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) efficiently to meet daily production targets. Program CNC machines using G-code and CAM software to ensure precision machining of components. Set up tooling, fixtures, and workpieces accurately to minimize downtime and maximize output quality. Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish using precision measuring instruments. Maintain machine tools and report any malfunctions promptly to reduce production delays. Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to implement process improvements. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe working environment. Document production data and quality reports accurately for traceability and audit purposes. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2 years of experience operating or programming HMC or similar CNC machinery. Proficiency in CNC programming languages and CAM software. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore, Chennai, or Bangalore. Preferred: Certification in CNC machining or related technical fields. Experience with quality management systems and ISO standards.
