Holistic Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Holistic Manager, based in Hua Hin, to lead our Holistic Department.

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high standards of holistic wellness, while leading, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary team of holistic practitioners.

The Holistic Manager will oversee departmental performance, productivity, resources, budgets, and cost control, while driving the development of meaningful and innovative holistic wellness services and programmes along with evolving guest needs, industry trends, and Chiva-Som’s integrated wellness philosophy.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in holistic wellness, complementary medicine, wellness hospitality, or a related field, with proven leadership or team management experience.
