Home-Based Print and Heat Press Operator - United States

MotifTales is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Home-Based Print and Heat Press Operator to join our production team. Bring our unique custom apparel designs to life from your home workspace using professional printing and heat press machinery provided by us. Your technical expertise, precision, and passion for quality craftsmanship will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Setup, calibrate, and operate company-provided digital printers and heat press equipment.
• Alignment & Pressing: Ensure flawless placement, correct temperature, and precise timing for transfer applications on apparel.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished garments to meet MotifTales standards, eliminating alignment, peeling, or color defects.
• File Management: Review customer job orders and manage digital print files efficiently.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of blank apparel, inks, and shipping supplies in your workspace.
• Order Fulfillment: Safely package completed items and prepare for courier pickup or distribution.

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience: 1–2 years operating heat presses, DTF, or sublimation equipment.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of fabric types, heating profiles, and print alignment.
• Dedicated Workspace: Safe, well-ventilated home area with adequate electrical capacity for commercial print machinery.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on color accuracy, crisp design transfers, and flaw detection.
• Self-Management: Highly organized and able to meet strict production deadlines independently.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates across the United States.
