HOME CARE SCHEDULER COORDINATOR

Apirza Resources is seeking an experienced Home Care Scheduler Coordinator to support a U.S.-based home care agency. This role requires someone who can respond quickly to caregiver call-offs, fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.

WORK AVAILABILITY
Applicants must have flexible availability and be willing to work:
• Day shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekends
• U.S. holidays
Work schedules will be assigned based on operational and client staffing needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle caregiver call-offs and urgent staffing needs.
• Fill open shifts and coordinate replacement caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, qualifications, and care requirements.
• Communicate schedule changes by phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in home care scheduling software.
• Monitor upcoming shifts and proactively address coverage gaps.
• Escalate urgent client or staffing concerns when necessary.
• Provide excellent service during time-sensitive situations.
• Help ensure consistent caregiver coverage and continuity of care.
