Job description

Tasks

participating in the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the community
provide personal care, home maintenance and respite assistance to elders and others who require care and resources in their homes
Data entry for reporting
observe, record and report any unusual signs/symptoms and incidents to HCC Coordinator

Requirements

Continuing Care Aide and/or equal certification from a recognized post-secondary institution
Minimum of one to three years working as a Co.
