Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while building trusting relationships.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed and monitor clients’ health, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Plan engaging recreational activities based on each client’s interests.
• Document care accurately and report client progress to supervisors.
• Perform light household tasks to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Work with family members and healthcare professionals to support personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Technical Nursing Degree with relevant certification.
• Compassion, patience, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
• First Aid and basic life support proficiency.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• One to two years of caregiving or healthcare support experience preferred.

Work Environment
