Homebased English Teacher

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Provide constructive feedback to students to monitor their progress effectively. Utilize various digital tools to enhance the learning experience in an online classroom setting. Assess student performance and adapt teaching methods as necessary to ensure comprehension and retention. Encourage and facilitate participation in discussions to improve conversational skills. Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators for best practices and innovative teaching strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in teaching or tutoring English to non-native speakers is preferred. Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms. TOEFL or TESOL certification is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a teaching role is preferred.
