Hot Shot OTR Drivers

Looking for Hot Shoot OTR DRIVERS!! flat bed Drivers!!! That can tarp and secure loads probably Drivers in the Houston area willing to go OTR.
2 weeks out 25% start and in 6 months 30%.
You get pay based on the gross amount.
one week out can make 5-7k out and the come back is 4-5k the weekend and back out Monday.
English speaking pass DOT inspection.
I need them to use to have CDL preferably they are going to be on top pick Or we can do non CDL with experience tarping and strapping.
2 years experience as Hot shot flatbed driver with clean background to enter military bases and that has TWIC card.
no CDL Needed just twic and only people in the Estean area.
