Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel Manager with daily operations and guest experience standards.
• Coordinate across departments to support clear communication and efficient hotel operations.
• Supervise and train staff, encouraging a positive workplace culture.
• Manage guest relations and promptly address concerns and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support inventory management, revenue reporting, and budget management.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of hospitality management experience.
• Experience with hotel management software and property management systems.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
