Job description
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, hotel maintenance & building maintenance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of various aspects of building and facility maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general mechanical systems.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Full availability to work any day and at any time, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays, as operational needs require.
