Hotel Sales Manager

Our client, a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Nairobi, is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead the hotel's commercial strategy.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 7 years' experience in hotel sales, including at least 3 years in a senior sales management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
✔ Proven experience in corporate sales, MICE, conferences, and events.
✔ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
✔ Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Experience leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
