Responsibilities: Perform residential and move-out cleaning Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers efficiently Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailing Follow SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists precisely Work independently or as part of a small team Skills Required: Reliable and punctual (critical for success) Strong attention to detail Physically able to clean for several hours Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists accurately Positive attitude and willingness to learn Cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training provided Requirements: Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With SD Sparkle?
