HOUSE CLEANER / SPARKLE TECHNICIAN

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on performance & reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and move-out cleaning
• Handle short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailing
• Follow SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists
• Work independently or as part of a small team

Skills Required:

• Reliable and punctual (this is crucial)
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to clean for several hours
• Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required — training provided

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
