Key Responsibilities
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces with smooth, even finishes.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Discuss clients’ preferences for colors and design.
- Provide attentive customer service throughout each project.
- Assist with minor renovation tasks, including drywall repair, wallpaper installation, and trim painting.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Complete a project walkthrough with clients to confirm the work meets their requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Painting and Decorating or equivalent practical experience.
- Residential painting and renovation experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.

- At least two years of industry experience is preferred.
