Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting with smooth, even paint application.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Consult with clients to understand their color preferences and design needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout each project.
• Assist with minor renovation tasks such as drywall repairs, wallpaper installation, and trim painting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to confirm all project requirements are met.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Painting and Decorating or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in residential painting and renovation projects.
• Strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality finishes.
• Excellent customer service skills for effective client communication.
• Familiarity with painting tools and safety equipment.
• Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in the painting and renovation industry.
