Position Overview

BS Solution is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time House Supervisor - Behavioral Health position. This on-site role provides organization-wide clinical and operational leadership during assigned shifts. The House Supervisor helps support safe patient care, appropriate staffing, efficient patient flow, timely emergency response, and coordination across clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Supervise staff and support safe, effective patient care across the organization.
• Coordinate patient flow, placement, admissions, and continuity of care.
• Respond to emergency codes, rapid-response situations, and urgent clinical or operational issues.
• Assume Incident Command responsibilities when needed until designated emergency management personnel are available.
• Assess admission status using established clinical criteria and organizational guidelines.
• Report and escalate significant incidents, patient concerns, complaints, and operational issues to appropriate leaders.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, case management, and clinical and support departments.
• Coach and mentor staff on problem-solving, policies, procedures, and clinical concerns.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with relevant behavioral health experience.
• Clinical leadership and staff supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time night-shift schedule, including assigned weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and emergency-response skills.
