Job description
Tasks
- Oversee daily care for an 8,000 sq. ft. luxury home
- Manage fine wardrobe maintenance
- Assist with errands and hospitality alongside an established estate team
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Help with light prep for events
- Manage turndowns
- Deep cleans and projects when the principal is away
Requirements
- Expert surface & fabric care. Deep knowledge of luxury materials, delicate finishes, fine laundry, and wardrobe organization.
- Team player.
- Seasonal adaptability.
- Utmost discretion. Maintains clear professional boundaries and delivers seamless, quiet service.
- Highly organized, with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local errands.
Schedule
- Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required for extended evening/weekend coverage as needed
- Direct-hire W-2 position
Pay
- $85K–$95K base
