About the role
Confidential is hiring qualified and reliable individuals for immediate deployment in Metro Manila. The open position is Housekeeping / H K Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical team and its activities, ensuring work quality and compliance with safety.
- Prepare perspective and as built plans, and other drawings as requested by engineering administration, using AutoCAD.
- Submit one innovation per month to reduce electricity and/or water consumption, or improve the working environment of personnel.
- Monitor ongoing construction, renovation, and related activities by tenants, merchants, and third-party contractors. Provide assistance when necessary, with the approval of the Building Engineer and/or Chief Engineer.

- Be qualified and reliable.
- Have full knowledge of all Technical Maintenance responsibilities.
