Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate hotel housekeeping staff responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure all hotel cleanliness standards, guest service expectations, and safety procedures are met efficiently and consistently.
• Assign daily cleaning schedules and room lists to housekeeping staff
• Train new and existing team members on hotel cleaning standards, guest-service expectations, and safety protocols
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure quality and readiness for guests
• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities; request restocking as needed
• Assist staff with cleaning tasks during peak periods or staff shortages
• Address guest requests and coordinate with front desk and management regarding room status updates
• Maintain housekeeping logs, room assignment records, and attendance sheets
