HR Analyst

Background and Qualifications:
✅Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
✅1-3 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including claims, remittances, and compliance reporting
✅Working knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements;
✅Familiar with payroll processes
✅Strong attention to detail and time management
✅Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
✅Discreet in handling confidential employee data
✅Experience in a large-headcount environment preferred due to volume and complexity of government reporting and remittance cycles
✅Healthcare industry background is a plus
✅Willing to work in Mandaluyong
