Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds.
- Tech-savvy, with good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, Canva, CapCut, OBS, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a four-wheel vehicle.
- Willing to travel and perform fieldwork when necessary.
