Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- With HR experience.
- Knowledgeable in basic HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedule if needed.
- Willing to work at Sta. Rosa Laguna.
