HR Associate (Hybrid Set-Up)

Job Description:
• Manage timekeeping processes to ensure accurate and reliable employee time records.
• Support the talent acquisition process, including recruitment interviews, hiring, selection, and facilitating onboarding.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and address issues as they arise.
• Implement and promote HR programs that foster a positive, productive, and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Organize and manage quarterly and annual performance reviews cycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
• Prepare HR-related memos and other documentation.
• Coordinate developments related to HR & L&D.
• Other HR tasks to assist with employee needs and requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• With experienced as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Preferably from Lipa City or nearby Municipality and/or willing to work on-site in Lipa Office.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a results-driven mindset.
• Willing to be employed under a contractual employment arrangement.
