Job description
Qualification:
*Male or Female
*College Graduate
*At least 2 to 3 years work experience in Human Resource is advantage.
*Willing to relocate at Boracay Island
*Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
*With experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Generalist is an advantage
*Knowledgeable in Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE regulations
*Experience in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
*Knowledgeable in documentation - NTE, NOD, Admin Hearing
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Organized, detail-oriented, and can work under pressure
