HR Benefits Operations Head in Heredia, Costa Rica

Company is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Operations Head to lead our benefits administration and operations in Heredia, Costa Rica. This is a full-time position with remote work eligibility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee benefits administration and operations across multiple countries. Manage payroll processes related to benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong people management skills. Analyze processes using controls and metrics to optimize benefits operations. Facilitate negotiations and influence stakeholders to improve benefits delivery. Identify and solve complex problems with analytical rigor. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in benefits administration and/or operations. Experience managing benefits in multi-country environments preferred.
