Job description
Lead benefits administration and operations as an HR Benefits Operations Head in Heredia, Costa Rica. This full-time opportunity is open to remote-eligible candidates and is suited to an experienced HR operations leader with strong analytical and people-management skills.
Role Overview
Oversee benefits operations, strengthen processes and controls, and support effective administration across benefits programs. Experience in a multi-country benefits environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years in benefits administration and/or operations.
- Preferably, experience supporting benefits across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing as it relates to benefits operations is preferred.
- People-management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Process analysis skills, including the use of controls and metrics.
