Job description
Responsible for sourcing, screening, onboarding of applicants to project-based positions, timekeeping, leave monitoring, payroll and benefits processing, including remittances, PB database management and contracts monitoring, training and engagement, clearance and separation processing and other HR administrative tasks for NGCP projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a graduate of BS/AB Psychology
- At least 1 year work experience in recruitment
- At least 6 months work experience in the field of HR, especially in benefits processing
WORK LOCATION: Northeastern Mindanao (Butuan)
