HR GA Manager

Lead recruitment and onboarding for office and retail employees
Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE)
Manage payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and HMO administration
Handle office administration, facilities, procurement, and asset management
Implement regional HR policies, performance management, and training initiatives
At least 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
Background in multinational companies within the Retail, Apparel, or FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and experience handling DOLE-related concerns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a startup environment is an advantage
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000
