POSITION: HR GENERALIST

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in disciplinary procedures required.
- Must recruit and active candidates such as posting to agencies, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR master files.
- Ensure that the company is compliant with all DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper documentation.
- 3-5 years of HR experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Psychology required.
